Family time...

Terry's brother Tom and wife Jean, sister and husband Ken visit for the day. We so thoroughly enjoyed our day and said again we must have more of them!Tom is not sure this game challenges his intellect enough. But we're sure it is good for him!

Dan has a birthday....

Tonya makes Dan's favorite--smoked ribs. They were amazing! We all overdosed. And dutch chocolate cake to boot...!

Uncle Terry has some hidden "hula" moves. Didn't take much to get the girls going! Chip brought the girls gifts from the Kauai.

"Down by the Station, Early in the Morning......."

Dan had planned a wonderful event for the girls and they had no idea what it was. They got up early and went to the train station at Edmonds. The girls have ALWAYS loved trains, especially big sister. So this was the first big ride on an real, official train. They had no idea where they were going so when the doors opened at the Skagit Station, the girls were amazed and shocked to see us! We had a wonderfully fun day. They boarded the train in the evening to head back south.
